§ 2-8-4. LOANS TO VOLUNTEER FIRE OR RESCUE COMPANIES.

The Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County may provide loans to approvedvolunteer fire or rescue companies for fire or rescue equipment, land, or buildings to be used by the companies. The loans shall be in such amounts and upon such terms as are approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
