Ch. 409 of the 1988 Acts, § 1, repealed § 2-7-117, which section pertained to report by county treasurer of sales, confirmation thereof by court, and disposition of proceeds, and was derived from Code 1930, Art. 11, § 816; and Code 1959, § 8-18.
