§ 2-7-102. For water and sewer assessments.

If any person shall be assessed upon the assessment book of the county with front foot assessments for water and sewer services and charges, such assessments shall be paid within the prescribed time period. If such assessments are not paid within this period, the county treasurer shall sell such property of the delinquent taxpayer at the same time as other properties at a tax sale.
