(a) The board of county commissioners may provide for a five (5) member electrical board which, if appointed, shall advise the county commissioners and aid in the supervision and enforcement of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to the authority of this chapter.
(b) At least two (2) members of the electrical board may not be related to, either by blood or marriage, or associated with any person or corporation who is currently doing electrical work in Frederick County or who is currently doing electrical work in the county within the year prior to the member’s date of appointment.
