§ 2-13-35. Pay-as-you-throw pilot program.

(A) The Board by ordinance may establish a pilot program under which a solid waste hauler charges a residential customer a fee for curbside collection based on the volume of the solid waste collected.
(B) The pilot program may occur in a municipal corporation only on approval of the governing body of the municipal corporation.
